OPTIONAL: a pinch or two smoked paprika (or paprika)
Pierce potatoes and place on microwave-safe plate and microwave, using potato setting, until tender. Cool about 10 minutes until slightly warm.
Meanwhile, make the dressing by whisking mayo, yogurt, sugar, mustard, vinegar, smoked salt, and pepper in a serving bowl. Gently fold the warm potatoes, along with eggs, onion and celery. Cover and chill until ready to serve (at least 2 hours).
Sprinkle the top with paprika if desired and serve!
