Ingredients

  • ½ cup almonds
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • cinnamon, ground
  • cocoa powder
  • oats, quick cooking
  • pure maple syrup
  • salt
  • virgin coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Add oats to a large mixing bowl.
    • 1 cup oats, quick cooking
  3. Roughly chop nuts and add to the bowl.
    • ½ cup almonds
    • ½ cup walnuts
  4. Melt coconut oil in a medium saucepan. Add maple syrup, salt, cocoa powder, and cinnamon; whisk to combine.
    • ¼ cup virgin coconut oil
    • 4 tsp pure maple syrup
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 4 tsp cocoa powder
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
  5. Pour oil mixture over oats and nuts and stir to coat.
  6. Spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 6-8 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Watch carefully as the nuts can burn easily.
  7. Peel the bananas and slice.

  8. Spoon yogurt into bowls and top with granola and bananas. Enjoy!
