Ingredients

  • 1 (13.5 fl oz) can coconut milk
  • 480 ml frozen mangoes
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 small pineapple

Instructions

  1. This recipe will make about 8 cups. Work in batches to best fit your blender.
  2. Wash and dry the fresh produce.
    • 2 oranges
    • 1 small pineapple
  3. Peel the oranges and cut into quarters; place in blender.
  4. Cut skin off pineapple, core, and cut into large pieces; place in blender.
  5. Add the mango, coconut milk, and 4 ice cubes to the blender.
    • 2 cup frozen mangoes
    • 1 (13.5 fl oz) can coconut milk
  6. Blend on high speed for several minutes until smooth.
  7. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy!
