Ingredients

  • 2 Gala apples
  • ½ cup peanuts, roasted unsalted
  • natural peanut butter
  • oats, quick cooking
  • pure maple syrup
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Add salt and water to the saucepan, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, stir in oats and maple syrup. Cover and let simmer, on low, 3-5 minutes, or until oats reach desired consistency.
    • ⅛ tsp salt
    • 3 ½ cup water
    • 2 cup oats, quick cooking
    • 4 tsp pure maple syrup
  2. Wash and dry apples, then core and medium dice.
    • 2 Gala apples
  3. Roughly chop peanuts.
    • ½ cup peanuts, roasted unsalted
  4. When oats are done, stir in peanut butter.
    • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  5. To serve, divide oats between bowls and top with chopped apples and peanuts. Enjoy!
