Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz) pkgs blueberries
  • 4 limes
  • 2 (6 oz) pkgs raspberries
  • 12 fl oz vanilla ice cream
  • granulated sugar
  • water

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the fresh produce.
    • 4 limes
    • 2 (6 oz) pkgs raspberries
    • 2 (6 oz) pkgs blueberries
  2. Zest and juice limes into a small saucepan.
  3. Add sugar and water to the saucepan; place over high heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 4 fl oz (½ cup) water
  4. Combine berries in a baking dish, then spread out in a single layer. Pour lime syrup over the berries, stir to coat, and set aside to cool, 5-8 minutes.
  5. Once the berries have cooled completely, divide between bowls, drizzle with lime syrup, and top with ice cream. Enjoy!
