Add sugar and water to the saucepan; place over high heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.

4 fl oz (½ cup) water
Combine berries in a baking dish, then spread out in a single layer. Pour lime syrup over the berries, stir to coat, and set aside to cool, 5-8 minutes.
Once the berries have cooled completely, divide between bowls, drizzle with lime syrup, and top with ice cream. Enjoy!
