Makes 2 servings
1/2 cup milk of your choice (I used a low fat filtered milk)
3 tablespoons canned pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon decaf instant coffee crystals (Signature SELECT)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
OPTIONAL: 1/4 teaspoon maple extract
1 cup slow churned vanilla bean ice cream (or similar)
1/2 cup crushed ice
OPTIONAL GARNISH: whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice and/or mini candy pumpkin
this is so delicious and perfect for a fall morning! I wonder if you could bottle it and give it out as thank you or housewarming gifts to teachers or neighbors? Thank you for sharing!
I so want to play with this recipe! I’m forever ordering Pumpkin Spice Crème Frappuccinos from Starbucks and by the time I customize them, it’s $7.80! Very delicious and I wait all year for them, but if I can have them whenever I please then you’ve saved me a bundle 🎃 Now I just need that Vitamix🍁🍂
@Beav_Cleave I LOVE my Vitamix don't get me wrong, but this will work with any blender. Even a mini food processor! I also love my Kitchen Aid mini food processor : )
I am not a fan of all things pumpkin, but these look good. And as was mentioned, you would save a bundle over what they cost at DD or Starbucks or similar spots.
You are correct @Dulke , these are DELICIOUS and can save big money and personalize with the ingredients you prefer and have on hand : )
