Ingredients
1 cup almonds, sliced
2 bananas
2 kiwifruit
½ lb red grapes
1 (15 oz) pkg ricotta cheese
4 fl oz whole milk
honey
Instructions
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add almonds and toast, stirring often, until golden brown, 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool.

In a medium bowl, whisk together ricotta, milk, and honey.
1 (15 oz) pkg ricotta cheese
4 fl oz (½ cup) whole milk
2 tbsp honey
Wash and dry the fresh produce.
½ lb red grapes
2 bananas
2 kiwifruit
Halve the grapes.
Peel the bananas, halve lengthwise, and slice.
Trim off the ends and peel the kiwis; quarter lengthwise, then chop crosswise.
To serve, transfer ricotta mixture to bowls; top with fruit and almonds. Enjoy!
