Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds, sliced
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • ½ lb red grapes
  • 1 (15 oz) pkg ricotta cheese
  • 4 fl oz whole milk
  • honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add almonds and toast, stirring often, until golden brown, 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool.
    • 1 cup almonds, sliced
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together ricotta, milk, and honey.
    • 1 (15 oz) pkg ricotta cheese
    • 4 fl oz (½ cup) whole milk
    • 2 tbsp honey
  3. Wash and dry the fresh produce.
    • ½ lb red grapes
    • 2 bananas
    • 2 kiwifruit
  4. Halve the grapes.
  5. Peel the bananas, halve lengthwise, and slice.
  6. Trim off the ends and peel the kiwis; quarter lengthwise, then chop crosswise.
  7. To serve, transfer ricotta mixture to bowls; top with fruit and almonds. Enjoy!
