Those look good and I love the little rosemary plume on top! Almost makes me wish I'm having something traditional, but I'm not. Probably making turkey meatballs with cornbread stuffing used as the binder. Although I am still contemplating eggplant parmesan, one of my favorite dishes ever. On my own, so it's whatever I want.

@DulkeYou can make this with items from our deli! It's just 2 of us for Thanksgiving this year but I'm slowcooking a turkey breast and DEFINITELY making my stuffing so I'm halfway there to make these Thanksgiving in a cup (LOL). Have a wonderful day. I love eggplant parmesan too!
