Ingredients

honey
vanilla extract
Instructions
Wash, dry, zest, and juice orange into a medium bowl.

Add ricotta, honey, and vanilla to the bowl with the orange. Whisk until light, fluffy, and combined.

Roughly chop pistachios and place in a small bowl.
½ cup pistachios, unsalted
Peel mangoes and slice flesh away from the pit, starting with the flat sides; medium dice.

To serve, divide whipped ricotta between bowls; top with mango and nuts. Enjoy!
