IT'S NACHO NIGHT!
Makes as many servings as you need
Nacho Base: tortilla chips, carrot coins, whole wheat pita chips, etc.
Protein Options: grilled chicken from deli, shredded, sliced steak or cooked ground beef, turkey, or plant based crumbles, canned black beans, etc.
Cheese of your choice, shredded
Fruit & Veggie Options: onions of choice, sliced sweet, bell or jalapeno peppers, tomatoes, corn, avocado, sliced olives, and mango (or peaches or pineapple)
Topping Options: plain Greek yogurt, Signature Café Salsa Fresca, guacamole, lime wedges
