This is so creative! As a kid that loved construction toys, this would be a super cool cake to celebrate-almost too create to eat!

I'm always so impressed by folks who can create cakes like this - that's definitely not me!

Here's the 'Cookies & Cream' cake I had for my birthday last year. It was created by a local baker and is both gluten and dairy free!!

I did make these cupcakes last summer though - they weren't watermelon flavored but still super fun!
