Had to share this video of food expert Tony Tantillo using Signature Reserve pasta sauces to cook up some yummy dishes. Gustare!
I used to make my own pasta sauces, but I don't bother anymore, as there are very good jarred sauces. All summer I've been making eggplant parmesan (simplified recipe, no breading or frying), as long as my basil held out in the garden. With a jarred sauce, it's an easy dish to put together.

I grew up watching Tony Tantillo-great to see him cooking up fresh, delicious sauces!
I just picked up a jar of the porcini truffle sauce he's featuring in the video, looking forward to using it. I love porcini - I know them as baravykai, which is what they are called in Lithuania - they are the premier mushroom there.
