Table Side Guac

Is there anything more satisfying than using a molcajete to make table side quac?

Kept the guac recipe simple with:

• 2 avocados
• 1/4 of chopped onion
• 1 roma tomato
• 1 tbsp of cilantro
• 1/2 lime juice
• Salt and pepper to taste

Going to make this! What is your favorite onion to use?

I used a white onion this time but my favorite is a red onion. Sometimes I'll soak the chopped onion in the lime juice before mixing in with the avocado.
