You can't have summer without hot dogs! From enjoying a hot dog at a baseball game to grilling them up for a backyard BBQ with friends and family, there's no wrong way to enjoy one of America's other favorite pastimes.

I like them Chicago-style, but when making them at home, I really don't have the patience to pull out all the ingredients, as I cook only for myself anymore. My shortcut is to use pico de gallo - tomatoes, onion, jalapeno all in one. It's a great topping for hot dogs, and I almost always have some in the fridge, as I like to make egg tacos for breakfast, as well as use it on regular tacos.
