Pescado Frito in San Carlos, Mexico

For my birthday this year my family took a trip to San Carlos, Mexico. I order the Pescado Frito at a local restaurant. Was craving it all week! Paired it nicely with a classic margarita and beach view! 🙂  What's some of your favorite sea food?

OMGosh OzoR, that looks terrific!  And while I have so many favorite foods I couldn't choose (it's kind of like trying to choose a favorite child) I have been craving eggplant Parmigiana recently -looks like I'm gonna have to get on the ball, in spite of the heat!
