Think about the foods you eat often (most of us have a core dozen dishes we make over and over again). Ask yourself if you can add fruits and/or veggies to them. If your new healthy habit is enjoying beans or nuts/seeds several times a week, you can ask yourself the same question.
Many years ago I added the healthy habit to enjoy dark leafy greens every day and one of the ways I helped do that is to add leafy greens every time I had eggs (and I enjoy eggs often). Now it's a habit that I don't even think about. The minute I reach for the eggs, I automatically also reach for the spinach or kale.
