As I share my cooking adventures on the community, I'll always be honest about what worked and what didn't. My latest adventure was the Pan-Fried Chicken with Sautéed Sugar Snap Peas and Sweet Potato Mash. The recipe was very straightforward and I was able to manage all the parts and pieces to conclude at the same time. I added some milk and cinnamon to the sweet potato mash to make it a little creamier and a little more flavorful. I did add too much salt to the chicken, so will make a note to dial it back next time. But all in all, really tasty, relatively healthy, and enjoyed by all!
