My healthy habit for the 66-DAY CHALLENGE is enjoying beans several times a week!
One habit I am implementing to help me eat more beans is to add canned beans every time I have a Tex-Mex type of dish (and that's pretty often in my house)!
* Enjoying beans is an awesome healthy habit because you are adding plant protein + Fiber + plant compounds with antioxidant properties + key vitamins and minerals!
* Soybeans and kidney beans add some plant omega-3s into the equation too.
I often double the amount of beans in recipes.
