I wrote the book, Food Synergy, 14 years ago (Rodale 2008), and the research and learnings since then have only added to the evidence of plant-powered food synergy.
Two major take-aways in the book are:
#1 Eat more whole foods and less processed food
#2 Food first, supplements second
