Great recipes to put your stand mixer to work!

Maybe you received it as a holiday present, a wedding gift or you simply treated yourself. Since they take up a lot of counter space, let's put it to work! Boy, I used to use it all the time - it was an early purchase for me when I bought a house - right after the washer and dryer. I used to make all my bread doughs in it.  The best thing I made with it, most recently anyway, is homemade marshmallows. They are so different from the packaged stuff, in a different universe. I made vanilla and chocolate, took them to a fondue party - chocolate fondue was made for them...  I think I might to do this again.
