Does anyone know how to cut and pit a mango.? I can mango salsa and it was a pain in the you know what last year. I made a mistake and got papapia because they were in the mango spot so I made that into salsa.

Sorry to say Pumpkinbutt, that I don't have an answer, but I AM curious to know how that papaya (?) was in your salsa! ❤️

The way I deal with a mango is to:
1. Peel it with a veggie peeler (while it is still whole)
2. Cut a little bit of the stem end off so I have a flat surface to stand it up on.
3. Cut down, along the pit, on the flat side, cutting the large piece of the flesh off
4. Cut the thinner (smaller) section of flesh off the other sides
5. Dice!
I LOOOOVE mango salsa and now want to try it with papaya!
