Never satisfied with how I attempt at enjoying a mango…always feel like I’m leaving some to waste! Any tips?

My first thought @Megs-n-Cheese@was, "With your teeth?!" as I laughed to myself. Past that, while I know it's frustrating, there's no really good way to get super close to getting it all from the pit and would you really want to? Because like a persimmon, when you're too close to the pit, it gets kind of dry and yucky.
However, whatever you decide to do, good luck! ❤️

One way is to use a sturdy glass - a rocks glass, heavy pint glass, or tumbler would be perfect. Check out this video to see what I'm talking about:

It's best if your mangoes are perfectly ripe when trying this out!
If they're not perfectly (or even if they are!), you can use a vegetable peeler to remove the skin and preserve as much of the good stuff as possible. Then, starting with the flat sides, cut the flesh away from the pit.
