Huy Fong Foods, makers of the popular Sriracha hot sauce, has warned loyal customers that it might be facing a shortage in coming months. Fans of the go-to condiment have been stocking up and one LA restaurant is even trading free food for the precious bottles. The source/supply of the red jalapeno chili peppers are coming from Mexico, California and New Mexico. And they are experiencing "megadrought".  Weather patterns in their demographic with climate change have caused the soil to dry, ergo crops fail.
