Hi @Jacque, so glad you're here!  As a foodie, I'm always interested to know what kinds of foods other people enjoy.  Do you have a favorite culture or two whose foods you enjoy?  Would love to know! ❤️

Thank you! I don't know that I have a specific favorite as I love to try many. I do Indian cooking (chicken vindaloo and others), as well as Asian and Mexican.

I've been having a lot of fun with Korean and Thai recently. A Korean place opened up down the street so I have been trying to recreate some of their dishes at home!

Thank you; it looks quite tasty and easy to make.  Cucumber are nice with some rice vinegar and a bit of sweetener, dash of hot peppers and chilled.
