I live in a household that is mostly gluten free and used to find it quite daunting! With all the new and improved products out there now I rarely feel like I am living without. Keep on the lookout for new gf products popping up at your local Albertsons and farmers market. I don't know about you but I love trying new things!

Also, check out the Meals section of the Safeway website - at the top you can adjust your preferences and select gluten-free. Once you do this ALL the recipes that show up for you will be without gluten!
