Hello!

 

My name is Jaz and I am the Product Development leader for the Commercial bread and Self-man bread. I also support In-store bakery. I am happy to be here and I can't wait for us to have some fun here and show our great ideas!

I am thinking about starting a starter dough...any tips?

Hey @Megs-n-Cheese, are you talking about a sourdough starter? ❤️

I would start off by fermenting some organic grapes or blueberries. Once you have fermented these yu will add some flour and it will be a natural starter without having to use yeast. When you do make a starter, you will need to feed it continuously.

Hey @Jaz_the_flavormama, as a bread maker, I have NO IDEA HOW I missed this, but I did.  However, I'm here now!   Tell me what is Self-man bread?  ❤️
