I am a big foodie, and I particularly love trying new foods, no matter how exotic! My passion is grilling. Nothing more relaxes me than standing in front of my grill with a beer in hand. I was raised by a Salvadorean grandmother and learned my cooking skills from her. as I developed my passion for new flavors, I began experimenting with fusion dishes. I love combining flavors from different cultures to make new dishes, sometimes with success, and sometimes it's trial and error. I look forward to learning and trying the many delicious recipes we will all share with each other!
