We raised three daughters. I always did most of the cooking. She is a good cook, but to her it's work. For me it is a labor of love. I love cooking on my Blackstone flattop and I love baking. I use a bread machine to make the dough but always cook it in the oven. I am especially partial to a good Jewish rye with caraway seeds. I make mine in the dutch oven. Lately, I have been using almond flour in combination with wheat flour. Lowers the gluten and makes a softer item.
