Keto vs low carb

There are sooo many good low carb and keto recipes out there. When I am looking for this kid of diet I will go into the Meals section of the site and update my preferences for those specific diet types. Oftentimes there are versions of the 'Standard' offerings that have been altered specifically to meet this need!

One of my favorites - I recently recommended it to someone else - is: The Turkey Egg Roll in a Bowl

I like this one because I can customize it as much as I would like - makes cleaning out the fridge a breeze.

Sometimes if I am in a super rush I will use pre-shredded carrots and pre-made (keto friendly if that is your jam) spicy aioli.
