I am from Newport, New Hampshire, and am looking forward to some healthy recipes, tips and ideas. I have a little over 100 pounds to lose, and I am looking forward to all I can learn about healthy eating, etc. I love all vegetables, except for parsnips and any type of peppers, ugh! I also love all fruits and enjoy trying new vegeterian recipes, as I lean towards that type of diet. I am hoping for a great year of healthy eating and keeping up with exercise. I am also trying to cut out sugar and flour, but am finding it very difficult. Here's to a great year!
